Anyone confined in a situation of social isolation can call 7/7 from 8h to 20h, our national number 09 70 28 30 00 to benefit from: - warm and reassuring listening from a psychological support professional, - reliable information on the situation, - the possibility of ordering basic necessities (food, hygiene and cleaning products, medicines) that Red Cross volunteers will deliver safely to their homes the next day. WHO CAN CALL? - Anyone confined and socially isolated who needs to speak, be listened to and reassured. - Any vulnerable person who cannot travel to go shopping, to get their medicine can ask for help from "Red Cross in your home". HOW IT WORKS ? You call 09 70 28 30 00 and let yourself be guided. Depending on your situation and your needs, you will be directed to adapted listening services - psychological support, medical advice, information on the situation - or to our volunteers who will offer to order the products available * (food products, hygiene, baby products) or go to the pharmacy to get your prescription drugs *). * Please note, payment for products remains the responsibility of the applicant. IS THERE A RISK FOR MY SAFETY? The Red Cross, a trusted third party, will be responsible for the health security of the isolated people with whom it will go, but also of its volunteer deliverers.
